I'm not only an agent, but also a fully licensed Broker! I am GRI-designated, and CDPE certified, and am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). This is all in addition to my Bachelor's and Master's degree, and 20 years of leadership and project management skills developed as an officer in the US Air Force. I am currently working on my HAFA, and e-PRO certification, and like the best successful professionals, am in a continual state of learning skills to keep "sharpening the sword" to provide more services to people just like you!

The Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation means I have advanced training above and beyond the average Realtor, with a skill and knowledge base to guide sellers and buyers through a complete, smooth transaction. Only about one in five Realtors has earned this designation!
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), I have in-depth and current knowledge focusing on Arizona's evolving short sale and REO landscape. I can help those looking to sell or buy distressed properties, discuss risks, and help de-mystify this now more-common transaction. In some of our communities, over 70% of transactions are distressed properties. If your agent is not a CDPE, you may be spinning some wheels and wasting your time.
As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), I met the academic and experience criteria to act as a fiduciary to fully represent buyers' and investors' interests. Remember this: I represent YOU! I've spent my whole life working with and talking with people to achieve success. Often these days in Arizona, the real estate transactions are complex--needing much academic firepower, great communication skills, and the maturity and experience in managing difficult projects.
